How should I got about getting an invoice after purchasing a license for BugID?

This process is unfortunately partially manual at the moment. I'd like to implement a way to automatically generate invoices on the license server, so you can download the invoice just like you download the license file.

I will keep this issue open to track implementation progress (even though this will not be implemented in this repository, obviously).
