Catacombs level can go above 50 now

200m per level above 50, unlimited levels afaik

only catacombs, no classes

In calculate-player-stats update the dungeon HP bonus given with:

Math.min(calculated.dungeons?.catacombs?.level?.maxLevel, 50)
