Ability to set block data of a falling block
Why?
You currently cannot set the block data of a falling block, it must be spawned with the itemtype to then use the itemtype block data.
Other
What would be best is making ExprBlockData support FallingBlock because FallingBlock#setBlockData is a method, and ExprBlockData only does Block and BlockDisplays so entities are already supported with the expression.
