This PR aims to add a new expression that returns a list excluding the options provided.

If there is no need for this, since SecFilter now exists, that's ok. Just saw the issue and it wasn't closed nor any other comment.

Well I'm unsure what "asserting classinfo" means, but this doesn't seem like much of an improvement over where [{_x::*} doesn't contain input]. The filter is much more flexible and allows more complex exclusions. I'm fine with adding it but it seems pretty low in value overall.
