Implement serial comma support in lists
Description
Implements proper support for serial (Oxford) comma in lists. Without this PR, when using the serial comma with the or conjunction, it makes it behave as and. This has been the case for a long time now.
For example, if 1 is 1, 2, or 3 would've failed.
Target Minecraft Versions: Requirements: Related Issues:
Must state breaking change in the change log when a team member goes to write in the change log (most likely me)
This has been talked about many times in the past. So someone may have concerns about this, otherwise I don't know why we haven't done it sooner. Potentially too much already on Skript's plate.
