🚀 Move docs to master branch

Description

• Move docs files (files of https://docs.skriptlang.org/) from gh-pages branch to docs folder in master branch
• Move old docs folder in master branch to a new folder named doc-templates in master branch as well

In this PR

• Master -> docs folder is for the docs files of the docs website
• Master -> doc-templates is for the docs template files
• gh-pages -> abandoned
