FDPClient Something about different fps in different version

I have used v5.3.5 before , when the Minecraft is running , it has about 200 to 250 fps .

After using v5.5.0 ( NoSplash ) , it only has 60 to 80 fps .

The user experience of v5.5.0 is very good without doubt , I wonder how to solve fps problem .

Have you tried to get fps with all of the modules off? enable the ones you are using and see which ones are causing lag

Even if I close all modules , there is not much improvement in fps ( Especially in the server ) . but v5.3.5 doesn't have such a problem .

i had a lot of stutterings in the latest versions, i installed essential mod , all of the stutterings suddenly gone

The ESSENTIAL MOD is just an auxiliary mod . It has no help in improving fps .
