Can't download a modpack when using Modflared

Bug description

When trying to connect to a Minecraft server via Cloudflare tunnel using Modflared, mods download gets stuck on this screen:

And in logs I see Failed to create a download client. Error: Connection refused: getsockopt error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup Cloudflare tunnel according to Modflared guide;
2. Install automodpack and attempt to connect to the server;
3. Click "Download" when asked if player wants to download server modpack.

Expected behavior

The modpack is downloaded and player is able to enter the server after game restart.

Actual behavior

Modpack download gets stuck forever.
