PCL2 launcher - Wrong repeated updates

Bug description

After the server updates the mod, the client is likely to repeatedly start updating the mod.

Steps to reproduce

As long as the server updates the mod, there is a high probability that the mod will be updated and a prompt will pop up indicating that the update is complete before it is released. Probably needs to be repeated many times
