New settings in AppearanceSettings, view apk signatures and more

In this PullRequest :

• I "remade" the Appearance Activity Preferences scheme
• I changed some colors of some layouts/drawables
• I added a new preference in the preference screen to choose between: "Use dynamic colors if possible" or "not use"
• I also moved the code editor version preference, as in my view, it is appearance related.
• I added a new option in the Appearance settings, "ViewPane Style" which can be toggled between using m3 or not
• I "refactored" the ConfigActivity
• I used strings.xml in some layouts
• And some simple design changes
• and also created PreferenceGroup and PreferencePopup
