Add search filter

Scrolling down to select specific tests every time you restart SketchUp is a pain. Life would be better if we could type parts of the name of the tests in a search field/filter and only see/run those test similarly to in Visual Studio.

Yes, I second and third this.

I've also wanted to persist the checked state of the tests between sessions.
