Bug: [3.6.1] bad alignment
Since update to 3.6.1, the Trail is badly aligned in source mode
Reverting to 3.6.0 seems to fix it
Haha that is very strange... Many users were having the exact opposite problem on 3.6.0 (#435). Do you have any custom CSS enabled? Can you try disabling all CSS snippets and using the default theme to see if it's any different
Done. The strange alignment is still there with default theme and without css. I'm still (purposely) at 0.15.9 Meanwhile, if it may be useful, with a quick compare and a couple of tests, I've located the problem in line 33833.
The new update is worse for me. Using it on iPad. Default theme and no css.
Thanks for all of your work!
Matt
I have also run into this, reset theme to default and no custom CSS. Bad alignment is an understatement, my note contents are restricted to a single character width on the far right.
Hey everyone. Please can you test out the latest version and let me know? This seems to be resolved now

unfortunately not fixed :(
Temporarily fixed reverting line 18634 of main.js to the 3.6 version:
Same for me on iPad, both with standard theme and Minimal.
Hmmm alright, nevermind then. This is a difficult one. I've not been able to recreate on my side. I'm thinking it might be another plugin interacting with the DOM? Do you use Banners plugin or Note Title plugin?
Do you use Banners plugin or Note Title plugin?
none of them :(
I feel like it must be because the container is flex, but I'm hesitant to change that. It feels like the whole app relies on it. And other plugins will likely adapt to it being there. But then it also doesn't happen on my vault, and for many others? I'm not quite sure what to do here

What does that problematic line really does?
I've tried to disable some plugin and nothing changed. Unfortunately I have about one hundred of them, and test them all will require a lot of time that I've not available right now (even because an Obsidian restart is normally needed). I tried to focus on those that I thought will influence the source mode (since for me the bad alignment is only there), but I've not found the cultrip (if it's another plugin).
having same issue on ipad .. can provide information about deployment if it helps, but i have disabled breadcrumbs for now :(
Same issue on Windows 10, Obsidian 0.15.9 I've reverted to 3.6.0 for now.
Same issue on macOS 12.5.1 (21G83), Obsidian 0.15.9. Thanks for your work!
Maybe a quick survey of people experiencing this issue can help to find where the problem is? To help us providing useful info
It seems everyone with this bug is on Obsidian 0.15.9. That makes sense. The flexbox change happened in 0.16.0. Does updating fix it? What are the reasons for not updating yet?
As for me, I can not update to 0.16.0 yet, which seems to be only available for insiders... Looking forward to the new version
@Hu-Zhecheng that's fair. I think it should be available relatively soon? It's been available to insiders for a while now.
Hope so. I would like to check and report as soon as the new version is available.

Updated to 0.16.0 on mobile yesterday and it appears resolved. Thanks!
0.16.0
where is the 0.16.0? help.....
where is the 0.16.0?
it's beta, so it's only for insiders
I'm an insider, but I'm holding on this version, because there are still too many plugins not updated to work with it.
ok ic thank you!

but do you know when will the 0.16.0 be released
but do you know when will the 0.16.0 be released
yesterday they released 0.16.4 for insiders, I think a stable release is not far away... This version will have big changes (to name one, tabs!), so it needs proper betatesting and some work by the community devs to make a lot of plugin compatible.
