Allow more repositioning of breadcrumbs via css for compatability with banner plugin

Hello! I ran into an issue with trying to use the banners plugin and the breadcrumbs plugin. The banner plugin covers the breadcrumbs plugin when used, and while I would like to just bump the breadcrumbs down a bit (so it will be right below the banner), apparently it can't be changed with how the breadcrumbs are currently placed and styled.

@wychwitch I've recently rebuilt Breadcrumbs from scratch, more info at the top of the README. Regarding this issue, the Trail View is now in a different position in the DOM, so this might not be a problem anymore. Could you upgrade to V4 and let me know?

I will need to check on my computer later, I haven't used banners for a bit but I want to check and see how this works now!
