Typing really fast directly after page load sometimes duplicates characters

You can see a video of me typing "while" really quickly after the page loaded (repeatedly), and it duplicates some characters sometimes. You can especially see this in the last few seconds of the video. This also happens when pasting code: sometimes it pastes the code twice.
