Are you on DSM 7?

Ah Ok. I already moved to DSM 7.0 and use the DSM 7.0 drivers with a Plugable 2.5Gbit USD dongle. Till know works perfectly

So you installed a 2,5gbit adapter on a 1gb switch?

And you already had 4 gbit ports ... just out of curiosity... where do you need them for?
