Cleaned DrawingTextAlongAPath and added f# scripts

Hi,

We using ImageSharp from F#, and in the process, we are looking at the available samples. DrawingTextAlongAPath/Program.cs had a lot of unused code and comments. I'm sorry to say, that I did not check my cleanup, since I skipped setting the system op for C#. However, the F# are working and can be run from the command-line with dotnet fsi Program.fsx on my mac.
