הוספת אפשרות ליצירת קוד לנעילת ההגדרות

עבור בתי כנסיות וכדו' ומקומות ציבוריים, א, שלא ישתנו ההגדרות שהחליט עליהם הגבאי. ב, ובעיקר בשביל שלא יוכלו להיכנס לסייר הקבצים דרך הכפתור 'מיקום הספריי'.

עשיתי זאת דרך GPT אז אין לי אחריות כמובן..... לא ידעתי איך לדבג, אז לא ניסיתי זאת בפועל. הסתבכתי קצת עם ה PR (פעם ראשונה..), מקווה שייצא בסדר.

גם הסתבכתי בהתחלה עם העלאה, אז העליתי את הקובץ ששיניתי בשם: settings_screen.dart לראשי, וגם למקום שבו שהוא אמור להיות, \lib\screens

מקווה שאין צורך בשביל זה לשנות בעוד קבצים....
