SIA-R83: investigate wrapping of `inline` elements inside a `block` element

Elements with an inline display should be flowing and only staying on the same line if there is room for them but might in some case be automatically pushed to the next line. Investigate how they actually behave and see if there can be reasonable assumption that this effectively handles horizontal overflow of such elements.
