Investigate ignoring some presentational children

Since tab has presentational children, the accessible node corresponding to the <a> element is a Container.
However, both Chrome and Firefox expose it a a link, with a name of Foo (ignoring the presentation children). And NVDA shows it in its list of links.
We need to investigate whether we want to stick with the specs or follow what UA and AT do…
