Help documentation improvements

A few things I had in mind:

  • Generate the help file maml xml after installation. This would ensure the file is up-to-date.
  • Functions should be included when rendering the help UI.

Added a page to the documentation on accessing help and how comments can be used to include help for functions - https://doc.sitecorepowershell.com/interfaces/help.
