Modify XC BizFx image to run on a light-weight base rather than full 4.8 framework image

Nano? Linux as well?

I don't know if this is a fit for the way this project is run because WSL2 support is not official, but see here: https://github.com/geoffreysmith/sitecorehub-bizfx ... I don't know if the scripts run as I stopped after I noticed the security errors. Sitecore reported 9.3 BizFX is compatible with 9.2 so I'm going to scrap that and make 9.3 BizFX. That does work on Alpine 3.11 I believe if you extract the BizFX SDK into the root. I haven't tested the install scripts but the Docker image does correctly build down to a 26MB image. Running Windows Insider "fast ring" + WSL2 will let you run it without spinning up a dedicated VM just for BizFX.
