INVESTIGATION: look into possibility of using Linux containers when running in 'Edge Mode'

When running in 'Edge Mode' we're only running containers for the Hosts and Traefik, so it would be really nice to change over to run in Linux Container mode as they're much more lightweight.

Currently the solution contains elements for XM Cloud as well which is .NET Framework and won't run on Linux.

This is a blocked, we can't change this till that fixed.

This is no longer a priority with the switch to FED-First development approach with XMC
