consider tagging releases more often

Expected behavior: A lot of people are using latest stable tags, this includes distros that package vim plugins. This means the great work here is not rolled out to a lot of people. I'd propose to have a more frequent release cycle and push a new git tag every now and than.

Actual behavior: Latest release is 3.2 from Nov 5, 2019. This means a lot of improvements and fixes were missing for anyone using stable tags: https://github.com/SirVer/ultisnips/compare/3.2...master
