Can't download, every browser insists it's a virus
What about this makes browsers see it as malware?
Kaspersky was seeing it as a virus, not the browsers.

it downloads and runs software. Guess I need to make another arbitrary release to reset the 'users who did not exclude this app' counter, even though I had this cleared as a false positive by microsoft and it was originally clean on VirusTotal.
For now you can just download primehack manually, https://github.com/shiiion/dolphin/releases/latest
just my 2 cents, but your problem is probably Kaspersky itself to be fair: most likely it's because their malware detection is just VERY aggressive, since malware is just code at the end of the day, and Kaspersky IS one of the highest independantly-graded detection suites for a reason (e.g. I used to get my antivirus false flagging my college projects as a virus for implementing an "Always On Top" script I found way back when until I tweaked the code, I think I was even using Kaspersky at the time because computerbild used to offer it free for subscribing to their newsletter lol); it might be your version of Kaspersky is just out of date and no longer receiving updates and you have to manually upgrade to the latest version? (my memory is hazy but I believe this happened before to bypass older cracked versions of the software working; or in my case when computerbild stopped doing the free Kaspersky thing, I could manually update still by downloading the virus definition database from Kaspersky but that only worked for a while); the Russian government (specifically the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB)) could have told Kaspersky they had to block programs that do the access/download/run methods used in this mod for fear of spying/hacking/etc. (maybe after the NSA's hacking tools got leaked and they analysed how they worked? just a hypothesis); they didn't receive/trust the false positive report from Microsoft since Kaspersky has been pretty much banned in the west for a while now due to claims of "providing the FSB with real-time intelligence and identifying data of customers’ computers. " generating concern of a security risk to non-Russian governments/companies; lastly, though unlikely, your computer/kaspersky may have been comprimised somehow with a rootkit/malware or otherwise that gives you the false sense of security that Kaspersky's working as intended by blocking such programs to mask the fact the malware has taken over (you may be able to test this using MalwareBytes' 14 day trial/free tools for example, but that's if it's actually a problem of course, and isn't part-ransomware that's going to see you trying to install MB and activate that side of itself before you have the chance to clean it, so maybe do a backup/clone your harddrive just in case if you try to do this; though the chances of this are extremely minimal, I'm just trying to be as thorough as I can)
sorry for the long post, got longer than I intended as my ADHD brain went into hyperfocus mode lol. all my best
Gene Kaspersky is not very close with the Russian government, and actually has all operations in Switzerland now. Also, as someone who generally is very security conscious, getting a rootkit is not a likely thing to happen to my computer. Also, Windows Defender also flagged the program as malware at first.
