Expansion Citizens & Husksync Loot is not beeing droped.

Describe the bug
- When the players leaves the server with the combat tag a npc will be spawned. After killing this npc: No loot is droped But the player is still beeing successfully killed when he joins back on the server.
Used Versions: Paper 341 Citizens v. 2.0.29 build 2546 CombatLogX 11.0 / 755 With Citizens and Husksync expansions
Reproduction Steps
Attack random player and leave game Another player needs to kill the npc No loot will drop
Expected behaviour
After killing the npc The loot should drop from the player getting killed.

Thank you for reporting the issue. I actually was aware of this when I wrote the HuskSync Expansion. I didn't find a good solution to prevent dupes so I left it like this.
I should probably give it another try at some point
