[bug] Mouse wheel moves items two-at-a-time on servers

Version Minecraft 1.19.2, Mouse Wheelie 1.10.2 Describe the bug Scrolling items on a server from from your inventory to another, or the other way around, will move items two at a time. Doesn't seem to happen in single player. Playing with the Interaction Rate did not help as well, the bug still occurred when it was set to higher values.

To Reproduce

1. Join a server. In my instance, it is a lightly modded Fabric server, running with the mods Lithium, Starlight, Ferrite Core, C2ME Fabric, and Mouse Wheelie.
2. Move items from your inventory to another (like a chest), or the other way around.

Expected behavior Just one item should be moved.

Log I am not too sure how to find these.

With the current information I am not able to reproduce this issue.

You can find the logs files in the logs directory of your minecraft folder. With these I might get a little more information on what is actually going on.
