[feature request] Advanced sorting configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This mod does not currently have a way to add custom sorting, the only options being by id, alphabetically, and stack size.

Describe the solution you'd like A text file where items can be listed in such a way that they sort in that order, or are grouped together when sorted.

Even if this never happens I would like to at least have a few options for the sort order, similar to ChestSort (https://github.com/JEFF-Media-GbR/ChestSort/blob/master/src/main/resources/config.yml).
