Handle different time signatures in the same song

Users should be able to play a 4/4(or any other signature) and then throw in a 6/8(or any other signature) fill to alter the time signature at will. There are songs that have that and right now we can't do that.

This development should include recalculation of playat and playFor when dragging and dropping a drum fill or main loops.

Before this feature is worked on, @bacol89 should be consulted to see if the BeatBuddy firmware can support it. If it can't, we need him to estimate how many hours he expects the changes to the firmware to take

This feature will need to be carefully planned for as I anticipate Pandora's box of bugs when it comes to AP. We'll have to consider various use scenarios and how fills should respond.
