Chainlink Alerting: Negative missed observations

In the UI, the following was noted:

The Chainlink chainlink-polygon-ocr node's missed observations have increased above CRITICAL threshold to -9 missed observations for price feed BCH / USD.

I can confirm that the alert is also present on the logs of the alerter's docker service file. This means that there must be something wrong in the alerting logic.
