Weiwatchers links do not contain all price feed contracts

After discussing with Francesco, it was concluded that some backup feeds are not included in the main weiwatchers link, but in another weiwatchers link (for ethereum https://weiwatchers.com/chain-monitor-mainnet.json).

This means that we need to either change the urls loaded from the weiwatchers repo, or we need to load contracts from multiple weiwatcher sources. What we do depends on whether the secondary link (containing the backup feeds) contains all the feeds from the main link.

Note backup feeds were not deemed as a priority by the staking team.
