I am sorry but it seems like my previous message was not entirely correct. The problem seems to be in the "cortex" API being sneakily uninstalled by the 0.5.3 update....

Aha, Okay I see... I was working with the assumption that what is included in the examples is already in somewhat working condition, but perhaps I got ahead of myself......
