Is the device connected? Which model is it?

TP-LINK TL-WN723N v3 I'm using virtualbox, letting you know, maybe I'm missing something, if I should do something with the settings there? and yes it's connected

Could be a problem with the virtualization. Did you enabled the USB port on the settings?

Someone had the same issue as well. Told them to install VirtualBox's GuestAdditions ISO and it worked.

May not be the solution, since the given device is WN723N. I don't have it and nothing were reported.

Open again if the VBoxGuestAdditions installation do not work.
