Regex support for Include/Exclude
We should offer real regex support for the settings in General:
- Include (URLs + Files)
- Exclude
thumbs up: we for example want to exclude any */feed/ URL which is a pain without the abiility of using regex.
@cschmitt-mpi we will add an option in the next release to exclude all feed-related URLs - it's not as good as full regex support, but it should make things easier 🙂

I’m experiencing an issue when using Simply Static to export my WordPress site to a ZIP file. The plugin successfully generates the ZIP, but not all of my site’s pages are included in the export.
Here are the details:
My site is running locally (URL: http://metricflow.local/).
When I publish with Simply Static, only some of the pages are included in the generated ZIP file (e.g., the homepage and certain posts appear, but custom pages like About, Services, and Contact are missing).
I tried manually adding the missing page URLs in the “Additional URLs” option, but this made no difference — those pages still do not appear in the exported ZIP.
There doesn’t seem to be an option in my menu to change from “Crawl” to another method (such as “Direct” or “Advanced”), so I’m unable to test alternative export methods.
Could you please advise why certain pages are being excluded from the export, and how I can ensure all pages are included in the ZIP file?
