Practice Mode support

Creating a formal issue to track a feature request for practice mode in SimplyLove. There's a bit of prerequisite engine side work needed too (https://github.com/itgmania/itgmania/pull/453), but it feels like a predominantly theme side change (if anyone thinks otherwise, feel free to close and I can reopen in the ITGm repo).
