Column Cues not updating for UD and LR Mirror turn mods.

When testing LR and UD turn mods, the column cues stayed in their original locations rather than honoring the changed value.

Ah yeah I do know about this. It's because I forgot to update the column mappings here: https://github.com/Simply-Love/Simply-Love-SM5/blob/itgmania-release/Scripts/SL-Helpers.lua#L791 Will get it in before next release!
