ChartParser bug: Inconsistent tech count for Doubles simfile

OS: Windows 10 Stepmania version: 5.1.0-b2 SimplyLove version: v5.1.2

Two Doubles chart entries titled SUNKiSS♥DROP display ChartParser data that changes depending on which simfile was previously selected. The in-game display uses the same title, but the simfile folder titles are SUNKiSS DROP~Alison Side~ and SUNKiSS DROP~jun Side~.
