ChartParser fails when encountering sm chart preface using formatting without spaces

OS: Windows 10 Stepmania version: 5.1.0-b2 SimplyLove version: v5.1.2

I can consistently replicate ChartParser failing to parse data when the raw .sm data does not include spaces in the chart data preface.

The following causes the ChartParser to display "Not available!" and not include pattern data or chart visualization:

#NOTES:dance-single::Beginner:1::

Changing the lines to the following makes ChartParser work normally:
