[Nitpick] Simply Love configuration menus navigation sluggish on some items

If you press up (or down) and keep it pressed (so the game is scrolling items fast), it is easy to notice the game chokes on some items.
It's very dependent on items, Advanced Options > Default Fail Type is one of the worst, for instance. Another one is Simply Love Options > Allow Dance Solo.
This seems to happen using OutFox 4.11.0 and on (I tested 5.1.0-b2 and noticed no stutter). It didn't seem to happen using OutFox 4.10.0.

A sidenote: I've only seen this happen with SL out of all other themes I've tested (Superuser, Infinitesimal, Soundwaves, etc.).
