Reinstate combo display in screen eval

At some point the combo number removed/disappeared from screen eval. image The timestamps from my videos show the change happened somewhere between July 2019 and April 2020. I think it would be nice to add back in.

I removed the ComboGraph in 9b2c016f916033c9888b4369c1e65959c232314e to give the judgment scatter plot more breathing room (and detail at low resolutions).

Too much has changed since then to simply revert the commit, but the diff should contain all the relevant code you'd need.
