Notify when contact is starred in Do Not Disturb's priority only mode

Reproduce:

• Google's contact app
• Star a contact
• Set Simple SMS-messenger as SMS-app
• Put phone in Do Not Disturb-mode
• Do Not Disturb-setting - What can interrupt Do Not Disturb - People - Messages - Starred contacts (I'm guessing this differs between slightly different versions of Android)
• Receive SMS from the contact you starred

Happens:

• No notification

Should happen:

• Notification

(I'm getting a notification from the same contact in a different app)
