Conversations don't move up the list when I'm the last txt'er (inconsistent chronological order +delayed previews)

There's a low chance that a conversation will move to the top of the list (or up at all) after I message someone. Usually, I'll have to wait until they message me back. Some/most of the time, even the message preview from the app's home screen (main menu? 🤔) won't show my message until some time has passed. I never timed it, so no clue. 🤷🏿‍♂️

It's been like this since I started using it, btw. Pretty sure there was an issue opened for it some time ago, but I failed to find it. 🤷🏿‍♀️

edit: Just noticed I'm 0.00.1 versions late. Thought FDroid gave me the latest version tbh, but 'eh. It's updated to v5.19.3 now, edit2: Should add (regarding delayed previews) that I noticed a conversation's preview missing until I opened it on v5.19.2. 😐
