Simple-SMS-Messenger Feature Request: Automatic scheduled backups

It would be awesome to setup an automated backup for my SMS messages - essentially, run through the Export process, but automatically choose a new filename, and do it on a schedule.

Signal refugee here. This (automatic backups) and archive (#77) are the two top features to achieve parity with Signal, with archive being highest priority.

I would not like this to be on by default though. Any services sending you 2FA codes over SMS would then also be stored....

I'm not sure of any service that would send a 2FA code over SMS that doesn't expire within about 15 minutes, so in order for someone to exploit this issue would be:

Performs an automatic backup within 15 minutes of receiving a 2FA code over SMS
An attacker would need to get their hands on that backup before the 15 minutes elapses

This could be even further mitigated by having an option to encrypt the backup in some way, like in an encrypted zip file, for example.
