MMS does not sent with the permanent msg "sending in progress". The same msg (text+picture) is sent immediately with Google app (Android 12).

what app version are you using? Try selecting a smaller file size limit in the app settings.

Same thing here, latest SSM version from f-droid (5.14.1), OS: LineageOS for microG 19.1 (Android 12). This used to work on LOS 18 (Android 11) on my older devices

Hello, Same bug (with reception too): Android: 12 Apps: 5.14.4 Nb: It was impossible to compress under 600k my pictures. the send stay "in progress" and for reception : a SMS notifcation from my operator which indicate a link for reading a MMS. If i switch to other apps (stock from oneplus or Signal), MMS can be sended AND received

Still an issue on 5.15.0, pictures of any size is stuck on sending prompt and never reaches the recipient.

Hello, I have the same problem. It works perfectly on stock google message app. But with this app, the status is always "sending in progress" and never reachs participant.

I sent out an MMS to multiple people and assumed it sent succesfully. The app didn't indicate that anything was amiss. It wasn't until later that I discovered it hadn't sent. How many other users have sent pics that haven't been received?

Can the app at least warn that MMSes may not send? Or tell us to use another app? At least until this is properly triaged and fixed. Love the rest of the app, thanks
