background color is transparent

I am using Simple Laucher in Palm pvg100e and when I swipe up in order to show the full lists of apps I barely can see the icons because background is transparent.

No matter which theme I chose, always background is transparent

I am using version 5.0.5 in Palm pvg100e, android 8.1.0

I'm using samsung s7 with android 8.0.0 and samsung experience 9.0.
