SGPro: "activity destruction" prevents the app from working correctly

Open rado84-github opened this issue 2 months ago • 1 comments

On Android (and Xiaomi's HyperOS for Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G) there's this developer option that roughly translates as "activity destruction". Basically, this option closes immediately and process the user has been using as soon as they exit it - a game, an app. IDK what this option was intended for in principle but I do know it helps a lot with power saving consumption. With this "activity destruction" option enabled, SGPro doesn't work correctly: • the app doesn't save an edited image and it appears to be untouched at all • the naming dialog window (where the user can choose a new name and extension for the image) doesn't appear. Once the user presses "save" on the app, all they see is "Exporting image" quickly counting from 0% to 100% and that's it.

I tried reinstalling SGPro but that didn't help. IDK what version SGPro exactly is, though - it's the version currently available on Google Play.
