Sort and group broken

I can only see images from within the last month outside of a few rare ones only when using slideshow. Group by is entirely missing but may still be taking effect. Either that or the shuffle algorithm is broken in large image sets

I tried a previous build but it was on the old UI so I had to come back. I tried exporting settings with grouping disabled but random still doesnt randomize. I think there was one version of this UI that worked

what app and OS version are you using?

Android 14 but it was present with 13 a few days ago. App version is 6.28.1

I confirm this. I apply the group by date taken filter and nothing happens. I'm on Android 12 and app version is 6.28.1.
