no matter where I zoom (or trying to zoom out), it always zooms in to this part of the picture (upper left corner).

there are only 3 image view states. the first state is just a centered image (no zoom) the second is when i can just move the image (no zoom) like at 0:06. (this only works when the image is centered in its original state) the third state is the zoomed upper left corner. (appears when any attempt is made to zoom in or out on the image. you can only move from this view to the centered image view and only with a double tap)
