#Bug : App don't delete empty file made during editing image

I m using latest from playstore on A11 device.

Whenever i select edit an image and select GOOGLE PHOTOS from the app and in case of editing i select discard changes in google photos editor. Which bring me back to gallery app and there i see an empty file created which i have to delete manually everytime i select to edit any pic using google photos. But this didn't happen when i select this gallery app. please make it delete empty files created during editing.

I am able to produce this bug in many versions. And last thank you for this wonderful app

isnt that file created by Google Photos? Try reproducing it with some other gallery

I did use other app and it didn't produce this empty file even if i use google photos to edit pics in it I used this app from xda https://t.me/WSTprojects/1103?single

ok, which OS and gallery app version are you using? I mean the number from the bottom of the About page.

Android 11 on oneplus five and version 6.22.0 (355) from playstore
