Look like Recycle Bin appearing and disappearing have some problems

When user want to make recycle bin appear or disappear it looks like sometimes it would appear too slowly or can't disappear immediately.

Can't be sure if this problem could be fixed.

I find when i set File Loading Priority to Comprise or Avoid showing invalid files then there is possibility this problem happen and when chaging to Speed then this problem won't happen.
