Feature Request : Video playback speed control

Just a small feature but very needed , allow controlling the video playback speed from within the player ui through a toolbar button or drop down menu with changeable speed presets

Around 1.0x speed, little steps like 1.12x and 1.25x and 1.5x would allow to save time when video content could be more condensed and still be perceived (e.g. TV news), or the other way around, 0.88x or 0.75x to slow down to facitilitate intake or that you could do notes while watching (e.g. lessons, tutorials).

Personally, I would be as happy with a range of pre-defined speeds as often found in web players and named above, as with freely stepping the speed up/down by 0.1 or *2 like in SMPlayer.

Why is this not implemented yet? This is such a standard feature for a video playing application. It is the only major thing this app is missing. Please implement this immediately.
